3. By Hong Kong Cash

You may pay the payment by Hong Kong cash to our staff, invoice will be provided to confirm the order.

Once you signd the official quotation, invoice which incdicated the payment method will aslo be send to you. 

We confirm the order once we receive 70% of the payment before delivery.
For small orders less than $6000, full payment should be paid before or on delivery.

For some cases, cash on delivery is accpetable.

And, for some cases, we may accept special arrangement. 

All the payment procedure should be done on or before the delivery day.

**The price on the website may not be updated, the appropiate price of the rental equipment will be on the official quotation**

No. There are no minimum required to place an order, and EV-RENTAL welcomes all kind of event management service and rental service request.

Smaller orders are always be welcomed.

Yes, we charge for the rental service and purchase service, and the price will be listed on the bill clearly.

Usually, the round-trip delivery charge requiring vans for orders is $600 to $850; requiring 9tonne truck is $900. The delivery fee will be based on the number of trip and the total amount of products using the vehicles.

Mininmum charge of delivery is $600. Additional charges will be added for particular locations, tunnel fees, late night and early morning deliveries, also for extra labour needed for stairs(we should know it before delievery).

For some cases, we would offer free delivery service, generally it is based on job size and location. Please consult EV-RENTAL sales team on your particular situation.

A client or client’s representative must be present for both the delivery and pick-up of rental items. And EV-RENTAL operations team will advise him/her to check all the received items and the team is there to solve any requires. Free Replacement may be made on that time.  

** EV-RENTAL has the right of final decision.**

Yes, generally, Cancellations must be submitted 4 working days (excluding Sunday) prior to the delivery or event-day with formal inform through E-mail, 50% of the bill will be refunded.

Once signed the quotation / confirmed the order, the maximun refund is 50% of the total bill. EV-RENTAL has the right of final decision towards all the refund policy.

And, once signed the quotation / confirmed the order, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total bill.EV-RENTAL has the right of final decision towards all the refund policy.

If you submit the cancellation within 48 hours prior to the delivery or event-day with formal inform through E-mail, only 30% of the bill will be refunded.
For the Subtractions of rental equipment, the changes must be submitted 4 working days (excluding Sunday) prior to the delivery or event-day with formal inform through E-mail, and more importantly, only maximum 3 items would be deducted.

EV-RENTAL is a one stop full service rental company and rental equipment set-up is included in our pricing model and will be listed on the bill.
Although if prior instructions were not given to the sales staff to be placed on the order, and no one is there to accept the order, we will generally just leave everything at the job site.

We run crews 24 hours/day 365 days/year.
EV-RENTAL standard set up hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00AM – 6:00 PM. Sunday and after hours deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge and it will be listed on bill.

We usually deliver the day before the event and pick up the day after the event. We may arrange to deliver the morning of the event and pick up the evening of a daytime event.
For some cases, we would offer free delivery service, generally it is based on job size and location. Please consult EV-RENTAL sales team on your particular situation.

EV-RENTAL operations team will advise the customer to inform EV-RENTAL immediately if any item is found lost or damaged during the event or upon the conclusion of the event.
Charges will applied for any losses, excessive damages, major cleaning or repair.
Replacement costs can be quoted per item at the time of the reservation. Lost or broken items will be billed on return.

**EV-Rental reserves the right to pursue legal actions.**

 

Generally, the price stated is for 7 days rental. However, we offer an extended rental rate discount, you may consult EV-RENTAL sales team on your particular situation.
